WVU Football Home Game Shuttles

The Mountain Line Transit Authority provides shuttles to all WVU Football home games. Shuttle buses pick up passengers at the lower entrance to Mountaineer Mall. Cost per passenger is $3.00 round trip, children 5 and under ride free. Shuttles will begin two hours before kickoff. The return trips will begin at the start of the fourth quarter and run for one hour after the game.  
    

RIDING THE SHUTTLE... 

All Buses are fully accessible to persons with mobility impairments
- Parking is free at the Mountaineer Mall - Buses run every 10 minutes to the game
- Buses operate return trips beginning at the start of the fourth quarter and run for one hour after the game.
- Buses unload under Ruby Hospital Canopy and load at the POC
- Accessible buses are available for transport from the Blue Lot to both East & West Gates (please notify shuttle driver of your needs)
- Please use exact change or a change card will be issued you in place of actual currency

Home Football Bus Schedule Changes  

Noon Kickoff: 
All routes except the Blue & Gold Connector will cease normal operation at or before 10:00 a.m. for a noon kickoff. The Green Line, Red Line, Orange Line and Gold Line buses will have a special run at 1:00 p.m. Most routes will operate at least one return trip after the game as close to 5:10 p.m. as traffic allows. Evening service will operate on its regular schedule. 

3:30 pm Kickoff: 
All routes except the Blue & Gold Connector will cease normal operation at or before 1:00 p.m. for a 3:30 p.m. kickoff. All buses will run a final run at 4:00 p.m. departing from the depot. Evening service will be operated after the game as traffic allows. 

7:30 pm Kickoff: 
All routes except the Blue & Gold Connector will cease normal operation at or before 4:00 p.m. for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff. Final runs* will be at 4:00 p.m. Evening service will be operated after the game as traffic allows. 

*Exceptions: 
Many routes do not run hourly schedules on Saturdays.  Check with your driver the week of the game to determine service times on your route or call 291-RIDE (291-7433) for more information.   

 

Normal bus service will stop two hours before the home game kickoff times. 

The Garrett Street Depot will close two hours before the game and will not reopen after the game.
