Bus Route Changes for Purple, Red and Gold Lines

Morgantown, WV- The Mountain Line Transit Authority will be holding a Public Hearing to present proposed modifications to its Purple, Red and Gold Line bus routes.  These changes will affect service to Chestnut Hill Apartments, Woodland Drive, Eastern Avenue and others,  and departure timings for each of these routes.  The Public Hearing will be held on May 23, 2006, 11:15 a.m., at the Authority’s Westover facility.  Passengers wishing to attend this Public Hearing can ride the 11:00 a.m. Green Line and arrive in time to attend the Hearing.

Proposed schedules can be found on Mountain Line’s web site at www.busride.org.  A final determination on proposed changes will be made at the Authority’s June 14, 2006 Board Meeting and new route timings are planned to begin June 26, 2006, pending public input regarding the proposed changes.
