Notice to the Public of Rights Granted Under Title VI

Mountain Line Transit Authority

• The Mountain Line Transit Authority or MLTA operates its programs and services without regard to race, color and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Any person who believes he or she has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with MLTA.
• For more information on the MLTA’s civil rights program, and the procedures to file a complaint, contact (304) 296-3680, email bus@busride.org, visit our website: http://www.busride.org and look for Title VI under Contacts & Comments, or finally visit our office at 420 DuPont Road, Morgantown, WV 26501
• A complaint may also be filed directly with the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration’s Office of Civil Rights, 1200 New Jersey Ave SE, Washington, DC 20590
