Mountain Heights and Grafton Road Service Elimination
Service on routes 14 Mountain Heights and 15 Grafton Road will be eliminated January 15, 2024.
Micro Transit service is now being provided to riders in the area of routes 14 and 15. The Micro Transit service allows us to provide individual pick ups at or near your residence at the time you want to travel and connect you to one of 3 locations with high frequency routes. Return trips will pick you up at one of those 3 locations and return you to your location within the zone outlined below. Trips are requested through an online mobile app which can be found by searching RideMon in your app store.

RideMon FAQ
- Operated from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, Mon - Sat.
- If you do not have a smart device or desktop computer to access the app and request trips, another individual, such as a friend or family member with the app may request rides for you.
- RideMon vehicles are fully accessible.
- The fare for each one-way trip will remain $0.75 cents per ride, per passenger. All existing forms of payment, such as the Property Tax Pass and 15-Ride passes may be used for this new service.
