WVU Campus Services
WVU Students, Faculty and Staff can ride any local Mountain Line bus by swiping a valid WVU I.D. when boarding.
Below are a few routes you will want to familiarize yourself with.

Campus Routes
- Blue & Gold Express
travels on a 20 minute frequency between Campuses.
- Beechurst Express travels the reverse direction of Blue & Gold Mon-Fri. every 20 minutes during select peak travel times.
These are the main express routes between campuses and will only stop at the designated schedule stops.
The majority of our other local routes are flag down and will stop anywhere along the route if you wave to signal the driver.
Connections
- Gold Line travels to University Town Center (Mon-Sun) from Towers and Mountaineer Station.
- Red Line travels Westover, Downtown/Mountainlair and on to Evansdale/Towers (Mon-Sat)
- Purple Line provides service to Suncrest Town Centre (Mon-Sun) Stops at Mountainlair, Towers and Ruby
- Westridge Mylan travels from Pifer Terminal to the Westridge retail area and to the Morgantown Mall
Grey Line
- Grey Line is our intercity route that travels to Fairmont and Clarksburg and then
- from Morgantown to Pittsburgh Airport and Pittsburgh Greyhound Station. Grey Line is not a local route and will require the noted fares.

and Pittsburgh
- Travels daily 365 days a year
Late Night
- Campus PM
Travels Towers to Downtown via Stewart Street:
6PM to 3:40AM Thursday - Saturday
- Downtown Mall PM Travels Towers to Downtown on to Westover and the Morgantown Mall: 6PM to 11PM Monday - Saturday
- West Run These routes have expanded late night and weekend service and travel between Campus and Downtown.

Towers to Lair

Your Blue & Gold Ride
There are several routes which serve WVU facilities, dormitories and connect to local areas of interest. Full schedules of each route are provided on the individual route pages under Maps & Schedules. Printed schedules are available at several locations on campus including the Information Desk at the Mountainlair, many of the dorms and at various places around town. The Morgantown CVB is also a great location to find areas of interest and to pick up bus schedules.
Catching the Bus
Buses will stop for you anywhere along the designated route. All you need to do is wait in a safe location and wave to the driver as the bus approaches. No need to hike to a bus stop to catch the bus.
The exceptions to this are our Express Routes, West Run, Blue & Gold and Beechurst. Grey Line is another exception to the rule.
Mobility and Other Impairments
All Mountain Line vehicles are accessible for persons with mobility impairments. Additionally, Mountain Line will deviate off of our regular route to pick you up for $0.50 cents. Deviations must be pre-arranged by filling out a Call & Ride Application or by calling 304-291-7433.

Mountain Line routes operate at different times. Some late night service hours are extended on the West Run and Campus P.M. Routes until 3:00 a.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday while classes are in session during the Fall and Spring Semesters.
