Service Agencies
In partnership with Monongalia County Commission we are offering a pilot program to offset transportation expenses for social service agencies who need the assistance. The purpose of this program is to define the need for transportation for those most in need in our community. The funds provided for this program will be pre-determined on a monthly basis. The passes you order have been pre-paid and will be deducted from the funds allotted. If funds have been expended prior to you placing this order you will be notified via email after submission of your form. We ask that you order the passes you need on a monthly basis so that funding can be gauged appropriately.
To order passes fill out the form to the right. Your information will be submitted to the authority and you will be notified when they are ready. Passes may be picked up at Mountain Line at 420 DuPont Road Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
As you use your passes, fill out the
pass use form to provide us with information regarding each trip. You will need to provide this information in order to continue receiving passes through this program. This will help us to determine the ongoing need in our community beyond the pilot program.
