CROWN SERVICE EXPANDS frequency
 beginning monday

 

Morgantown, WV- Route 13 Crown will make 5 more trips per day starting Monday. The route previously provided 3 trips at 7:00 AM, 1:00 PM and 5:15 PM. In addition the service will now run at 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM Monday through Saturday. A new route schedule is available online at www.busride.org/13-crown. 

Resources from Rt 14 Mountain Heights and Rt 15 Grafton road are being allocated to the Crown Route in order to provide this increase in service. RideMon, our microtransit service is providing on demand service to those areas previously serviced by Rt 14 and 15. Riders interested in learning more about our RideMon service can visit busride.org/RideMon or by calling 304-291-7433.

After evaluation of 59 drivers in 10 performance categories, the Authority is pleased to recognize Ron McCourt as Driver of the Month for February, 2025. We also wish to recognize Tom Jones, John Porter, Craig Wilfong, and Timothy Long . All of these employees are being recognized for their demonstrated driving skills, safety, public relations, assistance to fellow drivers and maintaining route schedules in the course of their daily performance.
