EVANSDALE ROAD CLOSURE

Morgantown, WV - Evansdale will be closed for construction beginning Monday December 2, 2013. During this time the Blue and Gold Express and Orange Line will be unable to travel the full length of Evansdale. The route deviations are as follows:

            Blue & Gold Express will travel Beechurst to the Engineering Loop out Fine Arts Drive to Patteson to University Ave to Towers and will continue its usual route to University and down to Life Sciences.

            Orange Line will travel to Towers as usual, then will return to Patteson and will turn onto Fine Arts Drive to the Engineering Loop to Monongahela Blvd.

            This detour will continue until further notice. Evansdale construction is expected to be complete mid-January 2014.

After evaluation of 59 drivers in 10 performance categories, the Authority is pleased to recognize Ron McCourt as Driver of the Month for February, 2025. We also wish to recognize Tom Jones, John Porter, Craig Wilfong, and Timothy Long . All of these employees are being recognized for their demonstrated driving skills, safety, public relations, assistance to fellow drivers and maintaining route schedules in the course of their daily performance.
