NewFIT Program Policies and Procedures Change
Morgantown, WV -
There is only one phone number to call to get a ride in Monongalia County. The NewFIT Program provides transportation to anyone who may be in need. If you are covered by Medicaid or Assistive Services, need a ride to work or training, medical appointments or shopping NewFIT can pick you up.
Beginning on Monday November 18, changes to the Policies and Procedures will go into effect. For details of these changes and for a copy of the procedures please visit http://www.busride.org/FaresPrograms/NewFIT.aspx

After evaluation of 59 drivers in 10 performance categories, the Authority is pleased to recognize Ron McCourt as Driver of the Month for February, 2025. We also wish to recognize Tom Jones, John Porter, Craig Wilfong, and Timothy Long . All of these employees are being recognized for their demonstrated driving skills, safety, public relations, assistance to fellow drivers and maintaining route schedules in the course of their daily performance.
