TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE
FOR FIRE AND FLOOD VICTIMS APPROVED
Morgantown, WV-
Wednesday January 11th the Mountain Line Transit Board of Directors voted to provide two months of free local bus transportation to Monongalia County residents who are victims of fire or flood disasters.
Qualification for this program requires victims be certified by Mountain Line Transit. Residents interested in this program can apply for assistance by calling Mountain Line Transit at 304-296-3680.

After evaluation of 59 drivers in 10 performance categories, the Authority is pleased to recognize Ron McCourt as Driver of the Month for February, 2025. We also wish to recognize Tom Jones, John Porter, Craig Wilfong, and Timothy Long . All of these employees are being recognized for their demonstrated driving skills, safety, public relations, assistance to fellow drivers and maintaining route schedules in the course of their daily performance.
