Mountain Line Transit authority is saddened by the tragic death of Bus Driver Jesse Tucker who passed away on August 24. In memory of Jesse, the Transit Authority has lowered its Mountain Line Flag and Jesse’s co-workers will wear black arm bands and observe a moment of radio silence at 1:15 pm on Monday, August 29.
Jesse served the community as an Authority Bus Driver since 2009 and created many fond memories for his friends, colleagues and passengers. Jesse was always there to offer a pleasant smile; he was helpful to our drivers and often received praise from passengers. Jesse was a great part of the team and an excellent employee to have on board at Mountain Line Transit.
Mountain Line will be providing a bus to the 7:00pm service on Sunday August 28 departing from the Westover Terminal for employees, friends, family and anyone who would like to attend. More information and arrangements can be found at

We encourage Jesse’s friends and passengers to express their condolences to Jesse’s wife and family or to share your thoughts and memories of Jesse on Mountain Line’s Face Book Page at https://www.facebook.com/MountainLineTransitAuthority.
